How it works

1. Create a private account

Register with a strong password and sign in. Each user can see only their own records.

2. Record vehicle intake

Use a timezone-aware intake timestamp, plate, description, operator-provided storage rate and recorded tow amount.

3. Review arithmetic

Storage estimates round positive elapsed time up to the next 24-hour period. Rates and billability are not independently verified; local laws and contract terms may differ.

4. Document release

Independently verify identification, authority and any holds, then enter an external reference and authority note. This app records the operator's assertion, not proof of legal entitlement.

5. Known beta limitations

Account records capped at 500; no password recovery, email verification, monitored support, backups, notifications, payment processing or legal certification. Do not use as a system of record in production.
