LotClock — Privacy notice

LotClock is an account-isolated operational ledger. The application database stores account emails and password hashes, session tokens, vehicle impound intake records (plates, vehicle descriptions, timestamps, storage rates, tow amounts, notes), release records, audit entries, and private support notes.

What we do not do

• No analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party data sale.
• Support notes are stored privately; no monitored support inbox is connected.
• Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in plain text.

Open items

Formal data-retention schedule, deletion-request workflow, incident-response plan, and subprocessor list are not yet documented. Do not enter payment-card numbers, government IDs, or other highly sensitive identifiers.
